Questions & Answers
A No,you need signal cables like https://www.tomtop.com/p-l1999-4.html and transmitter receiver like https://www.tomtop.com/p-l1978eu.html.
First of all if you actually got what you ordered from these people then consider yourself very very extremely lucky. The answer to your question is YES. But use another supplier to be safe.

You do have to plug in each receiver. Personally, I wired my receivers into the power supply for the light for convenience, but I wouldn't suggest doing that blindly.

Each receiver is assigned a DMX address which is your limit of receivers. Daisy chaining lights prevents all of those receivers being needed. Also of concern is what type of controller console you are using. Get a professional light rigger to fix your layout as you have more than enough receivers with this purchase. GKHImaging

This wireless transceiver and the wireless receiver I purchased for the LED lighting tree saved me 45 minutes and configuration and disassembly. No more cables are available to run. And the device has a completely accurate and delay-free transmission. I tested at a distance of up to 100 feet from the receiver and each light should change.

So far it seems to be working. I've had a bit of an issue where my lights don't receive channel one, but I don't know if it's the controller, receiver, or the DMX to USB adapter I'm using. I have another adapter coming from ADJ soon and will update if that fixes the problem. ***Update*** So I have another DMX to USB adapter and after a bit of fiddling around and some serious luck, I've gotten everything to work. I'll have to spend more time with everything to figure it all out, but so far it seems to be a worthy purchase.I did purchase one wireless receiver from here, but after some searching, I was able to find a 4 pack for around $10 each on eBay, but you'll have to do your own research for that.

It works really good. But theres very little info if you wanna set it up you need to find out from the web as these types all have the same technology. Also the trasnmitter in the same group is not the right one i had to send it back i buy the right one which is on adifferent group of products. But after trying it it worked no problems.

So far so good, after only a little testing at home and then in one small-to-medium sized tavern venue.... Worth noting: it helps if you unscrew the black end cap so you can see what color the indicator LED is to change channels. Thought about cutting a hole in the end cap and maybe gluing in a bit of clear plastic so I could see the LED all the time. Now I'm thinking that's unnecessary because I can just unscrew the cap when I need to change the channel, and put it back on so there's one less source of random light in the venue. On the other hand, it's nice to see the LED so you can tell if the receiver is sync'd to the transmitter.
