  • Q I purchase 4 of these smart plugs but I can not connect any of them with my mobiles. I have tried them in 3 different wifi and in 2 different places. Even though it seems it starts detecting the plug the smart life app at the end it says it failed. Is there another android app for me to use?

    A Hello,friend. First, ensure that the network supports 2.4G network. After the smart socket is powered on, the blue light is on. Press and hold the smart socket button for 5 to 8 seconds. The blue light is displayed in flash mode, and the Smart Life Mobile App is opened. WiFi links are added. Smart outlet. The distribution network mode is as close to the router as possible or where the signal is strong.
