For the internal sensors. I ordered the internal ones due to hating the look of the screw on caps. They work great, install is pretty easy All in all for £60 i am happy with them. I was going to take pictures but the local tyre shop were awesome and let me install them while they were on the machine so i could not take pics. But if someone wants any questions answered i am glad to provide it.

To start my introduction to show how unique and effective this Tyre pressure kit is. I would like to say these are so easy to fit and the readings are accurate. The High-resolution screen is easy to glance at and the alarm is intuitive enough to let you know about high/low tyre pressure and high tyre temperature. Pros- • Highly accurate readings via the temperature and Bar pressure • Really easy to set up and get working • No calibration needed as everything is set up at the factory • Alarm included • Screen brightness can be adjusted with high resolution footage • Anti-theft protection allows the sensors not to be nicked due to thief’s • Included anti slip mat for your dashboard stops the display from coming off your car dashboard • IP54 rating allows the sensors to be water resistant Cons- • None to Note Overall I would like to say how useful this piece of tech is, would really recommend!

What a superb kit this is. Easy to setup, can swap wheels around in the menu without removing the internal sensors, unit display switches itself off after a while when not in motion alarm went of when i was letting air out of the valve. Comes with a pad to mount in the car, put mine in front of my clocks. Not had long enough to see how the battery lasts but easy to charge from the mini usb. Unit is just the right size looked at the solar powered units but they did not look neat and modern to me. Went for internal sensors as they look neater and will not get stolen, heard the external ones can give false temp readings. Before I fitted the sensors the temp readings were all the same and also reading the same as an independent temp gauge.

Easy peasy to fit and very accurate... Had a tyre blowout before so this is very reassuring..Now to decide where to place it ..might use Velcro to keep it in place..not going to wire it in cos I am lazy ... Changed the factory default settings of BAR pressure monitoring to PSI ...I am old so just randomly pressed buttons...not read the manual yet ... Hint ... Manually switch off by holding - (minus ) button for six seconds till screen dies .. Now hold - ( minus ) till screen comes on .. Hold center (set) button till BAR/PSI screen comes on.. Press Set once (do not hold)..using +/- to choose BAR/PSI Then hold set button to confirm .. hope this helps anyone else xx

Seems to be a very useful tool. The first time I screwed them on the didn't all seat properly but when I took them off and reinstalled them they were fine. I suggest that you make sure that you have a signal from all the units before you tighten the locknuts. you might even take the display with you while you install the transmitters.

I have had a number of occasions where tyres have deflated and I havent been able to tell right away and it can ruin the tyre. So I thought I would try this as this should cover all my shortfalls. Despite asking for information on how to get it to show PSi, I still can only get it to show Bar, depsite following the instructions mine will only show bar and temperature, which is awkward for me. I put air into my tyres so the required level and then fit these Caps, I used a conversion to change that from psi to bar and it seemed to be showing a little under. I put in 35 psi which should be 2.4 and all four caps were reading at 2.2 (which is 31.8). I tested with my own gauge and the garage level was correct, so this is out by 0.2. They are easy to use, the nut goes on first and then the gauge, then you back screw the nut thing to apparently make them anti-theft. They are very large and noticeable so I hope someone doesnt try to break them off and snap the valve. I dont think its too onerous to have to use the little screw driver when needing air, as its not as if you need to check the pressure every few days at the garage with these, as they will tell you when you need it, so you only have to do it now and again. Just remember to keep the spanner handy. Overall I think they will be pretty useful, I do a lot of driving, up and down the country and they will save time keep checking and put my mind at ease that I am not doing the tyres any damage. If anyone can show me getting psi on the screen id be grateful ive followed what it says in the book, but doesnt give me the option I only have Bar with (temp in brackets). Thankyou

I guess few of us mind checking our tyres in the Summer, but it's an entirely different matter when it's pouring with rain and bitterly cold! I always think the worst possible tyre-related problem is when we pick-up a slow puncture and don't really notice it until we enter one of those long bends at a motorway intersection and find the front of the car and overall handling doesn't quite feel right! If you have this great little device installed in your car, then you will get a visual and audible warning if one or more tyres drops below a preset level. The display unit is small enough to install virtually anywhere and the individual transmitters for each tyre are almost indistinguishable from normal valve caps and don't attract unwanted attention. Before installing mine, I did wash the aluminium wheels to get rid of all the brakedust etc and then moved the car a couple of times to bring each valve into the best position for the installation. Alternatively, if you have a friend who works in a garage, the job is so much easier if you can get the vehicle off the ground on a hoist that lifts the car via the jacking-points, leaving the wheels free to rotate. Relatively simple to install. I love it.

I got this TPMS kit to install on my vehicle. Everything is nicely packaged and protected in foam. The display unit has a nice large display with backlight so you can see the info clearly in daytime or nighttime. The 4 TPMS sensors that came with the kit have already been programmed at the factory to communicate with the receiving display unit. This saves time in the installation. The display unit has a built in rechargeable battery which allows for operation for 2-3 months on single charge. It's able to sense when there are no moving on the sensor and go into sleep mode to save battery. It will wake itself up when the sensors begin moving. The sensors are able to relay both tire pressure (bar, psi) and temperature (C/F). If you need to manually turn off the display unit, just hold the minus button for 6 secs and the unit will turn off (repeat same step to turn it on). There is an included black plastic tool used to take apart the sensors so you can replace the internal battery. Just separate the two halves of the tool and remove the plastic ring on the sensor. Then place the keyed tool on each side of the sensor and turn opposite direction. It just unscrews and you will see the button cell battery. After replacing battery, just put it back together. The kit includes a wrench and nuts for use with installing the sensors. The installation of the sensor is very easy. First install the nut, then install the sensor, then back the nut out until it reaches the sensor and tighten with the wrench. This nut helps the sensor from loosening with regular driving. Each sensor is stamped with RR, RL, FL, FR which corresponds to the location of the wheel. So make sure you install it accordingly. The display unit will show the 4 sensor's reading in 4 quadrants. Once all 4 sensors are installed, start driving around and the display unit will automatically begin getting data from each sensor and display the info. And that's it with the entire setup. This kit is very easy to adapt to any vehicles.

This is a fantastic system. I am currently driving a 2007 Subaru Impreza 2.0Rx. Although it has a pretty decent stereo system, reverse camera, internet connectivity etc... The one thing it doesn't have is a TPMS system!! So this system has a lot of advantages and a small disadvantage but it still works well for me. Pros: Easy installation Separate screen Comes with everything you need including a non - slip mat for the screen cons: Would be nice if it had bluetooth and you could somehow get notifications through your android stereo or in an iPhone app - I suppose that's too much to ask! If you install the locking nuts as an anti-theft for the caps then it becomes tiresome to remove them when you want to refill your air pressure - I decided to not bother with this and hope that nobody steals mine. I am not disclosing where I live so please don't try and steal mine if you see them on my Subaru!! Overall It's a great system that gives you accurate tire pressure monitoring data in real time The separate screen is small, easy to see in bright light and rechargeable with micro USB The caps are slightly on the large side - spring for the inbuilt system within the tire wall if you can and if you can bothered with the install - it will work the same but no fear of theft! Very happy and good piece of mind in case you feel like you have a puncture.

I bought a 2013 Prius v5 last week and I do a LOT of part time Uber/Lyft driving in addition to a regular job and studying for a Masters. Last week I bought a Steelmate setup similar to this...except the quality and ease of setup was nowhere near this. With Steelmate, you have to go into a menu, highlight a wheel, go unscrew the cap and let a little air out for it to read. And the #s are accurate. It even shows temps on each one. This one, you set it up, screw the caps on and it reads in about 2-3 seconds. No special procedure needed. And the valve stem caps are even smaller. Also if this doesn't detect motion after a few minutes, it turns off. And this one is easier to see. Also I brought it inside, upstairs to charge and it reads even from here! The "only" things I wish it had was solar charge and brighter in daylight. However by no means are those deal breakers. I found an awesome video with someone showing how easy it is to setup. Do a Youtube search for Cacagoo and user name dial2fast as he does an awesome job.

The wheel pressure information is good and consistent, and the temperature of the tires is exactly.I recommend this internal sensors.I have used external sensors before, the sensors exposure to the sun and air,so the data of tires may not accurate, especially the temperature, about 2 ℃ error. But the internal sensors may solve this problem, though this is have difficult during the installation.I have used for 2 weeks, this unit works great. 1.real time monitor the pressure and temperature of the tires, and the data is acurate. 2.No need other charger, the receiver is plugged directly into the cigarette lighter, and the LCD display is easier to distinguish. 3.Intellgent sleeping mode for power saving, when your car stop, the receiver would sleep in a few minutes. 4. Multi-mode selectable, you can choose Bar or Psi pressure ,℃ or Fahrenheit temperature unit.
