The multi-functional integrated circuit tester is a professional instrument designed for microelectronic engineers and maintenance personnel. Different test modes can be selected: 3.3V/5V/AUTO mode. It can test 74HC series, 74LS series, CD4000 series, HEF400 series, 4500 series, operational amplifiers, interface class chip, optocoupler transistor automatic identification, regulator value recognition, and so on. It is built-in more than 1300 kinds of various types of chip data models and more than 420 kinds of transistor data models, covering a majority of 24 feet or less common universal devices, which can significantly reduce the workload and improve work efficiency.
