how can an LED bulb be both 12 & 24 volt?

  • They are somewhat erratic, but work. First batch had 50%failure. New batch one year later has 0% failure so far. Yes, it does make sense

Can it be used with a low voltage ac transformer? or is it dc only?

  • Do not buy these lamps they are junk my tent has no lights in there suit because they all blew out within a week

      These light are great, much less expensive than the Halogen's they replace, and should save me $ over the expected many-year lifetime of an LED
