The phone comes preinstalled with google play store and I had AT&T with mine and I got ok signal, sometimes it cut off or be breaking up. But as far with the data it was really laggy and I only got 3g but it may have been my fault because you have to type is ASN # which I had to look up to even had data but its simple to find

It should work with no problem. Mine works perfectly overseas and all I had to do was to put a GSM sim card in it. So it will definitely work.
