can it be used unplugged with out electric

A

  • Yes, you can play it acoustic and it sounds just like a regular non electric mandolin. The company also makes the same exact mandolin without electric pick up. I have used this mandolin to record with and it sounds pretty good. For the money, you can't beat this product.
