I will admit that when I was shopping for headphones I wasn’t being to strict with ideas or features. I just needed them to be able to cover my ears and to have the little microphone you could move from in your face. I only wanted that because I thought it looked cool. So I didn’t pay attention to the features really at all. They were good price and had my necessities. LOL! So when I first flipped my game on and put them o n I was shocked first with the noise canceling feature. If you have never tried this out that alone is worth the money. But the fit was spot on. The microphone was clear and easy to hear all my buddies said and the surround sound was amazing. I just wished I could let everyone else hear it. I am super happy with them but I will say the only negative that may be for someone is the ear cups are big. They fit me great but my kid can’t even begin to keep them on her head. But they are great!!

First off, I have to say that the sound quality is excellent, and the plug and play was instant. No qualms there.But on the flip side, there are two issues that need to be noted.These are heavy headsets, and for smaller or more frail people, that could be an issue.I docked the review one star for the mic boom, which only has about a 90 degree traverse. It's great if you only need to use it with the boom on your left (and that's the side where the cord attaches), but if you need it to be reversible, this is not the headset for you. Since it's corded, a lot depends on which side of you that it's plugged in, unless you enjoy having cords draped across your body. I'll keep using it for another week, but this might end up being a larger problem. I'm not going to relocate my desktop computer to accommodate a headset.

I need a gaming headset since I working from home all day and it seems the gaming headsets are truly the only ones that take comfort for long periods of time into play...especially those of us with larger heads. I needed an OVER the ear set..not an ON the ear set. These work great..comfort level high. I wear them for 8 hours a day, and no issues so far. Recommended by my boss, so far so good on my end.
