YONGNUO YN600 RGB video light has a slim and light design, and it's formed of 110pcs RGB SMD LEDs and 360pcs LEDs of 5500K. YN600 RGB builds various lighting effects: all the LEDs including RGB SMD LEDs can be lighted up simultaneously, or, either the RGB SMD LEDs or the regular LEDs can be separately lighted up. YN600 RGB equipped with 8 channel grouping function and controller specially made; and it supports mobile phone APP wireless control system and 2.4G wireless control system. YN600 RGB is practical, color-diversified and easy-to-use.

Features:
YN600 RGB adopts SMD LEDs and 5500K color temperature LEDs. The RGB SMD LEDs and 5500K color temperature LEDs can be lighted up at the same time, which makes your photography works will be more characteristic and unique.
The main light adopts 360pcs 5500K color temperature LEDs of ultra-high CRI. In the equivalent energy consumption, the intensity is higher.
The mobile phone APP can be downloaded from the official YONGNUO website. With the mobile phone in hand, you can control YN600 RGB through the mobile phone, read the current intensity and channel parameter, and control the intensity and switch of 8 group LED lights seperately according to your need.
YN600 RGB is equipped with brand new multi-channel wireless controller, the intensity and switch can be adjusted within a certain range. At the meanwhile, it's easier for you to control the intensity and switch of 8 group LED lights separately.
Two kinds of power supply mode: NP-F series batteries and NP-F750 is better, or external DC 8V, 5A.
Adopt YONGNUO proprietary LED constant current driving technology which does great help to effectively avoid corrugation and stroboscopic and the parameter of the power output is more intuitional.
The video light is equipped with special handle for LED video light, it's firm and practical. With a storage bag, convenient for storing it and taking it out.

Does this have fan noise? i don't see one in the back center where i've seen them on other versions of the yn600...

  • I've never heard any fan noises while running it. I've ran it for quite some time and never heard a humming or fan noises.

       I Have tested this Light on a few shoots so far and I'm in love with it. the only con i that it doesn't really come with any sort clear of instructions in the box. you sort of have to figure it out yourself. at first i couldn't get the RGB colors to Switch on the back of the panel. Until I put some batteries in the remote (Which doesn't come with any 2xAAA's) then I got full control of Each RGB channel and the 5500k & 3200k LEDS with the ability to mix any color at any given time! A huge plus in my book as no other Light in this price range can do that. Be warned this doesn't come with any power options so you have to have some Sony NPF style batteries or an 8V power Adapter. It has 2 battery bays 1 powering the RGB's and the Other Powering the 5500/3200k LEDS so you have to have 2 batteries in the unit if you want to use both features at the same time. Overall i Highly Recommend these lights and i will purchase a few more to add vivid color splashes to my Music Video sets without the need to buy Gels for all my Lights.

      Really awesome product, the app does not work very well though. I do not recommend it. The remote it comes with is very good though.
