Absolutely LOVE this printer! I can’t believe I didn’t think of getting one sooner! This literally will save me hundreds of hours of printing, cutting and taping labels to packages! I’ll say it was slightly difficult to setup, and I haven’t quite figured out how to flip some labels the other direction, but I’m still giving it 5 stars because it is absolutely worth every Penny. Labels print flawlessly and quickly. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much room. No need to buy ink or tape anymore so it will also save me so much money! I got the “green” but it looks turquoise just like the photo which I love. Highly highly recommend!! Couldn’t be happier.

Printer was difficult set up for my needs because I use Facebook to print labels. It was easy to get the correct sizing on other platforms like pirateship but Facebook doesn't allow you to change the sizing and neither does pdfs in the browser. I had to find a work around but the customer service was amazing. They researched for me while I did too and spent a little over an hour helping be find a way to print from my preferred platform. We eventually found a way even though it takes a bit longer. Either way it works and is great! Facebook was the problem 😂

Such a wonderful purchase for my small business! I get many orders and decided to invest in a thermal printer vs a traditional printer for printing the shipping labels. And I am so happy I did! The print quality of the Munbyn printer is so much better than other printers I’ve seen in the past AND I never have to buy replacement ink! Also the fact that it adjusts to different paper sizes is so helpful! Now I can make my own fun stickers as well to send out with my customers orders! Also, I love the fact it comes in pink! I’ll be honest, that’s most of the reason I chose this one. But it definitely exceeded my expectations for sure. Not to mention setup was a breeze. Highly recommend.

I don’t know why it took me so long to buy a thermal printer. I don’t ship a lot but when I do, I will save a lot of time by printing at home and dropping off instead of making the trip to the post office. It also comes in handy for printing thank you labels for my packages. Get one, you won’t regret it!

I’m so happy to finally have this and be able to work it under 30 mins!! This was literally the first label printer I wanted but I tried to purchase two other brands prior to this since they were cheaper and I assumed they’d do the same thing. However, I could never for the life of me get them to work! I have a Lenovo and would spend hours trying to make it work but never. So this printer was going to be my last attempt, otherwise I was just gonna stick to a normal printer and tape to label my packages. When I got this, super cute and everything took me under 20 mins. I was able to print but had the same struggle of not being able to get it to print to fit the whole label. I found a trick (which now I wonder if it would’ve worked for the other label makers) but I just screenshot the label with the snipping tool then from that hit the print button. It will show the preview fitting the whole label and prints out! Saves me tape and it will save me inc in the long run! This is my best purchase by far as I sell clothes on poshmark, mercari, vinted, and curtsy!

I can’t believe it took me this long to order a label printer for my small business. I read many reviews and saw many recommendations from other small businesses and decided to order this one and a cheaper version to compare. Right away I was able to plug in the thumb drive and download the driver. Super simple set-up. My store was able to identify the printer when it was time to print and all I had to do was check the paper size and press print. Amazed at how easy the paper is to load and printing is instantaneous!! WOW such a time saver. PS> I kept this printer because it was so much easier to use and set-up.

I am so happy I decided to click the buy button. I’ve had a Dymo 4XL for a couple years and have had a lot of issues with label waste, feed inconsistencies and just general frustration. This little cutie is the most user friendly label printer I’ve ever owned. Software was super fast & easy to install. Test print was flawless. And it’s adorable so that’s always a plus. Can’t wait to really start putting it to work soon!

These are incredibly useful little printers if you ever need to print shipping labels. This one prints SOOO much better than the first one I bought on . don't cheap out like I did and get the cheapest one. it had terrible print quality. Tiny print on international labels was illegible. But THIS printer works GREAT. Saves me So much time verses laser printing shipping labels on sheets. Still can't figure out how to make it work with the UPS website, though. But UPS has a notorious terrible website. It works seamlessly with Etsy.

Easy to use and easy to install. We have printed well over 30 labels and the printer is working just fine. There was a warning of some malware on the thumbdrive items that were not related to the installation. Not sure what they were or if they were put on there by the manufacturer or another person. But they were not an issue to the process in any way and only bring it up in case someone else has that issue. Simply discarded those items and followed the instructions

I just got this label printer shortly after starting my online shop. The instructions to download the driver is very clear & they also include cables incase you only have usb-c. The mint also matches all of my accessories so it's perfect for my room. I did encounter an issue recently with the printer, and it wouldn't print completely. I used the FAQs on their website to troubleshoot it, and contacted their support team. I was honestly super stressed because I needed to ship out some stuff. But their support team was extremely responsive and helpful. They walked me through the steps to troubleshoot, and I am very impressed with their customer service & tech team! I'd definitely recommend any fellow small business owners to invest in this!

Purchased this to print USPS labels from Paypal (I am shipping copies of my book). Downloaded the driver for my windows computer, followed the directions for installation included in the box, then logged on to paypal (where I print my labels from) to change the paper size in paypal. Note you have to change this in your account options for shipping BEFORE creating a label - the default is 8 1/2x11 and you can't change it after you've created the label. To configure Paypal, I selected the "Zebra LP2844" printer option (Munbyn wasn't an option). Worked like a charm and the first label (and subsequent 4 I printed this evening) came out perfect! This is going to save me so much time, I wish I had purchased it sooner! Probably took about 20 minutes from opening the box to the first label being printed, directions that came with it were clear.

So the actual printer is pretty easy to set up and use, just follow the simple easy to read directions to set it up and then your good to go. However yesterday my printer got unplugged and my mom accidentally plugged the wrong cord back into it (we didn’t know this at the time). So we had to call their customer service hotline and the young man that we spoke to was so extremely nice and helpful. He even FaceTimed us so he could see exactly what the problem was. Honestly I would recommend the printer just because of how good their customer service is, but the printer actually works great too 😊 and you know if you ever have any trouble with it they will definitely help you! My boyfriend ordered me the white label printer sense I was starting up my own business. I had a few issues at first but I simply came on here, read some of the product info and watched a few YouTube videos. The problems were not the machines fault, they were purely operator error (had to fix my printer settings on my computer). Once I easily figured out how to fix the issue it works flawlessly. Love this product and highly recommend it.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this label printer because it wasn't a brand name that I'm familiar with, but I'm glad that I did. This printer does just what it needs to do. Set-up was very easy and was accomplished without any frustration. I especially like how the printer self-adjusts before printing a label. This aligns the label and saves any waste.
