For the product itself, it just works. Very minimal set up was needed, and it was very easy to have ready for use. I'll be honest, the scanning speed on this one is not as fast as the older model I had first, but this one used a different laser/sensor, so I am still finding the best angle/distance to get the best reading speeds. The best part that we are ready to use is its continuous scan mode and storage mode. When doing inventory and keeping track of where things are (in boxes in storage) this scanner will make the process so much easier and faster!

I purchased this to be used in testing web and desktop applications that my team develops. The overall build quality is very good and the option of using USB is extremely helpful. I ran into a few issues with scanning special characters and reached out to Inateck support. They were very helpful in troubleshooting our special configuration requirement

I can't speak to alot of the features of this device as I am only a individual user but it exceeds all of my needs. I’d recommend this device just for the customer service which is outstanding! Queries (of which there were many) were responded to within a 24-hour period and were useful.

I purchased this as a back up in our escape room for those that do not have an iPhone or app that can scan QR code’s. We have been testing it out this week and we noticed the customers seem to enjoy using this more to scan than their phones. It was easy to set up. It is also very easy to use which is great in this business

I was looking for a quick and accurate way of cataloging my DVD and CD collections - and I've found it. Both DVD's and CD's have bar codes on their covers and this cheap but very effective scanner has enabled me to do, in one week, what it would have taken me years to do by entering information manually.

Very happy for purchasing this 2D barcode scanner. Have no problem for use so far. Just plug the receiver in the USB port and follow the manual to choose different scanning modes. It's perfectly compatible with my computer and scan the merchandise very fast and accurate. I use the continuing mode most times, the stand they sent extra is helpful to free my hands.

I bought the 2D scanner a few weeks ago. It performed very well even on very small 2d barcodes and I would highly recommend it. At some point, I thought there was an issue with the holder and contacted customer support. In the end, It turned out I has simply misplaced a part that I found later
