This little gadget took a little getting used to at first but after my second use, it felt wonderful. Fits comfortably around my neck and the heating function feels amazing. Simple operation and the instructions were easy to read. The beep sound is loud so I can be sure that I can hear the modes changing or the unit turning off. The auto shut off after 15 minutes was a nice touch as well. Small and low profile makes this easy to take with me when I am traveling.

Been working from home for several months due to COVID-19 and without proper seating setup as what I have at work, I started to have issue with my neck.. came across this when searching for gadget to relief neck pain. The item came partially charged and I was able to used it right away and liked it within first few minutes. :) this massager is very light weight and just comfortably sitting on my neck. As far as actual massage goes, it’s great with 3 different modes and several intensity to choose from. Recommended

Ignore all the reviews that say this is product produces a weak massage (my favorite mode). They didn't read the instructions. To feel any results, your neck needs to be damp. For best results, your neck needs to be WET. I have a lot of pain and stiffness in my neck to the extent that I can barely turn my head side to side. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first use and it's gotten incrementally better each time I've used the product. I've used it about four times. This is not just a TENS unit that taps on your skin to distract you from the pain. This triggers muscle contraction and, depending on how much water you've put on your neck, it is STRONG. I love it. I'd buy it again.

Bought this in March 2020 for my sister whose job entails physical labor. Many nights she'd come home from work with sore neck and shoulders. I saw this while checking for something she could use to get relief especially so she could sleep. She was skeptical anything would help and was excited to find this did. She's been a regular user (2-3 times at least per week) and is very pleased. Easy to use - the vibration and heat relax neck and shoulders enabling sleep. Would recommend this without hesitation.

My husband and I both use the device for our intermittent neck issues and it is extremely effective. I love that it is so compact and portable and holds the charge for longer than expected. The 15 minute sessions (3 treatment types) are very effective and the love the option to add heat and control the strength of the pulses using the convenient remote control. I really feel that it has helped reduce the number of times I have had to had to have chiropractic treatments. It helps me maintain a pain free lifestyle and for that I am extremely grateful.

Constantly plagued by neck muscle pain. Hate to be tied to a heating pad and electric outlet. This is the best solution to comfort and maneuverability. Fifteen minutes of this therapy and my neck pain diminished to near zero and full mobility to turn my head was restored. Love this product - it was definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

I’m so glad I bought this neck massager! Since working from home, I constantly get neck pain (and honestly pain all over). I was looking for something lightweight and wireless so that I am not restricted from moving around. This was perfect! At first, I was a little intimidated by the electric therapy aspect of it but it turns out to be nothing but relaxing. I have even been able to sleep better the past two nights since I’ve used it! I think this would make a great gift as well, so this is definitely going on my list of possible gifts for family and friends!

I bought this for neck pain and I ABSOLUTELY fell in love with it. Never before anything has worked as effectively as this massager. It really goes dip and if you use it in bed or reclined it will hit nerves. In a pain releasing way. I love it. I use it every night watching TV and works wonder for my sleep. It does cause skin pinching so don't be surprised or afraid. But as soon as your neck adapts to it it will go deep into the muscles. I am addicted to it.

I am suffering from neck pain badly. I feel much better every time after I use the massager for 15 minutes. It’s wireless and has a separate remote. It’s very moveable and portable. The two connectors are full of elasticity. They are able to move down and extend out a little bit, so it fits my neck perfectly. It’s really really comfortable and soft. It can warm up right around my neck area. The warming sensation is really nice. It delivers pretty decent pulsations. The battery life is really amazing. I recharge it about every 3 weeks. It is doing really great. It would be better if the remote has a screen and can show the current level and mode.

Love this! Sustained a serious injury to my neck 38 yeas ago. Although I’ve had some success with pain reduction through therapy nothing has eliminated the presence of chronic pain in my neck until now. I am so impressed by the way I feel after only 3 days of twice a day sessions. I honestly don’t have any neck pain through most of the day. By afternoon/early evening I begin to notice the same old discomfort returning so I know it’s time for my evening session. Slept all night last night...you have no idea how rare that is. I would recommend this to everyone!

This isn't your usual neck massager. If you've had acupuncture needles with an electrical current running through them for treatment in the PT office, it's more like that.And if you see benefit from that sort of therapy, I think you will like this. I love it and use it 2 times a day.

Worth the money! Help relive the migraine! Before I bought it, I doubt that whether it works. After using it for several times, I’m so happy that I bought it. For now I only use it when I have the migraine. It really help me relax and the warm function is awesome. Make sure that the two pads touch your neck at the same time and you can apply some lotion before using it. I really recommend using it once a day to reduce the pain and relax if you have time. Actually it’s really convenient, you just need to put it on your neck and enjoy!

This thing is amazing! I was worried about some reviews but so far it is working great! It arrived the next day after ordering it. I got it today and charged it up for about 15 min. Then I got in the car and tried it out during my 30 mon commute. It feels really good, and the heat is soooo good. I have chronic neck pain every day and I get a lot of tension headaches. The best came when I took the device off. It has been an hour since I have taken it off and my whole neck, head, and temples, are still tingling like I just cracked my neck. I am amazed at this little device. It is small and portable, lightweight and very modern/sleek looking. I plan on traveling with it, using it in the car, at home, in the office. I will update this review if the battery or other elements start to fail. So far, VERY impressed!
