The first item that I ordered was the flute cleaning rod. The length was not long enough. The type of cleaning cloth has to be non-acrylic, I have no way of inspecting the cleaning cloth to see if it is non-acrylic, and the white gloves may be too small. The flute manual that I ordered states the white cleaning cloth has to be non-acrylic. I require gloves that are extra wide. They look too small and I have not tried one of them on yet. I may have to send the order back because the gloves may not fit. The arm guard that I received is too short. It has a terrible odor. I could smell it as soon as I began to open the package. I pot it out in the daylight sun, and it stinks to high heaven. Even when people walk by, they can smell the terrible odor. I most like will have to return the guard, and try some type of sport wrapping to protect my entire arm and wrist. On the third item (Laurel Zucker's Inflorenscence- Music for Solo Flute (2CD Set) that came in a separate special Express mail package. It was a white Express Package? large one that I did not know what or which item that I ordered until i saw the what looked like the jacket contains the Music for Solo Flute (2CD Set). I made a special request that the two discs were MP3s. I had a difficult time opening both parts to see a mistaken order; was it the 33 1/3 record ?I looked into the record size jacket for the 2 MP3 CDs. THERE WERE NONE. TORE THE DAMN JACKET TO AGAIN LOOK. NADA, NOTHING. I have been had! This is the first time that I have not received the material or articles ordered through the internet. I do not know if I ordered insurance on the receiving of the three packages. Two of the three items arrived and I have rated them on this survey. If I get a request for another survey on the other two items that I have summited this survey will appear again.

My daughter's band class required a cleaning kit and she plays the flute. The cleaning kit was resourceful but I don't think the gloves were necessary. My daughter thinks it should've included a bit more stuff because of the price and instead of a plastic stick/rod, it should change into a metal one instead. Otherwise it was useful for her class and cleaning her flute but we wish it could've been a bit better because of the price.
