How many ounces does each compartment hold? And does one of the compartments seal good enough to store hot soup for a few hours? Thanks.

  • Bottom compartment holds 18oz, middle compartment 8oz, the top compartment under the lid is more for little snacks like crackers, nuts or fruits. Yes it does hold hot soup well. I send soup for my daughter ‘s school lunch often and my 6 grader loves it.

      This I love! It’s great for portion sizes to maintain yourself. It’s not great for hot foods unless you’re eating it right away but All in All it’s fantastic and a fantastic way to carry your food for just that meal. Two thumbs up from me guys!
