    I have a red sash, which I use primarily for activities (stretching my arms, shoulders, back, and chest) and to warm up my muscles before lifting weights. I have not tried to use it as a pull-up aid yet, but maybe it will be used in the near future. It is of good quality and bright colors, and I hope it will last a long time.

    They are made of very strong materials. Durable It has enough resistance, if you know how to use them, it can provide a great help for exercise with weights. I checked YouTube videos and found different exercises that can be used in these bands. I am not disappointed!

    My short note: In my high school soccer game, a 6-foot-2 man weighed nearly 220 pounds and sustained a minor back injury. Before and after exercise, I was not good at stretching, so I had some leg and back cramps. After talking to my doctor, he thought that the elastic band could help me improve my mobility. After using the product for 2 weeks, my body and endurance have improved, for example, when I stretch, I can feel that my target area is exercising. After the first 10 minutes, my legs felt great, which inspired me to run.

    These are great! I use mine in rehabilitation exercise programs; I can have 3 different types and have been using them for over a month, so I highly recommend using them. They appear to be of good quality.

    It is not enough for these bands. They are durable, of good quality and widely used. I like to use them to add additional reps at the end of the workout. They are excellent exercise tools.

    I use it in the gym to help pull-ups and hip boosters. I also attached it to the ladder column at home and did a hip / squat pusher during the day. I am using it in the gym and at home to exercise more than I expected. An excellent band.

    The band is very suitable for endurance sports. I use it at least 3-4 times a week, and they are completely smooth. It is also suitable for simple stretching exercises. The price is correct.

    Huge and super tough rubber band, something you don't love. Good trainer for pull-ups. I also use it for abnormal triceps. If you want to move it to a different anchor point, you can do several exercises.

    Amazing. I started using resistance bands as a home gym essentially after looking up people like James grage and I have to admit. This kit came at enormously great price for all the bands and gewd it came with. Compared to others I was looking at the tomshoo kit costs what a single band might run for and the durability is phenomenal as well. Just to let ya know if your thinking AB using these as a home gym type of deal. Definitely recommend using gloves.

    These were the best that I had for a while, but as with most of these after a while (about a year with these) they finally snapped during work out, ouch!!! Buuuuut still love them and would buy them again if I hadn’t purchased Brett Contreras ones. These are def good.

    Got these and they work great. Me and My husband use them and the strength and resistance per each one is great. They are made out of good quality material and lengths for each one is great for short and tall. Made a great purchase on these. Had others in the past that were not as heavy as these.
