The KuWFi wireless modem is working perfectly. I purchased an AT&T unlimited MB data plan for $35/mo online and a sim card at Best Buy for ~$8.00. I had to use the sim card adapter provided with the modem. (Thank you) Once I had the correct APN set (broadband) the modem connected and I had internet. I had to turn off the 2.4 wlan setting for client isolation so the roku and chromecast devices could be discovered by the apps on my phone.

I use this router on ATT usa and pretty much run my whole house with it. Streaming direct TV now constantly and many other devices running off it and that doesn't even phase it. In the last year there has been a firmware upgrade that makes using and setting up the router much easier.

I own two MOFI 4500's, which work great, but wanted to try something different with Band 66 and 71. We live rural, like 5 miles to the nearest Tmobile tower, have a dual yagi with amplifier and lots of trees. With the MOFI I get around 15mbps down 5 up & 40-50ms pings, with the KuWFi 25mbps down 10 up 25ms pings.

I was skeptical at first, but the very fast delivery, and the EXCELLENT customer service proved me wrong. the device setup is a bit hard for beginners, the manual is not so clear on what to do, but when you contact the seller, he provides YOUR carrier's settings. decent WiFi coverage, and fast connection to the mobile network, the setup is so detailed, and you can customize almost everything.

The router itself works very well. You will need to be a bit tech savvy on setting it up, but a YouTuber named Peter Carcione has a nice set up video. But it may take a few mins to get the settings right for the modem to grab an ip address from your carrier. But don't let this deter you from buying it.
