Got a used cheap Cecilio alto for my son to mess around with- neck is missing. What brands has this one worked or not worked with? Thx!

  • Had to add an extension on this one to make it engage the leaver on the neck . necks are so hard to find your options are slim . my Sax is a conn shootn starz

  • It didn't fit. The diameter was too narrow, the length was too long. It was basically a waste of money

      Got it, and it’s pretty okay, pairs well with my Bundy II, it’s a lil tight but still okay. Showed up with a small dent, but that’s probably due to the crappy package it came in. But hey, can’t complain, it’s a good value. The neck itself has a very feeds a very neutral tone to my horn, and it’s fine. Overall not bad, good value.

      The neck of the alto sax had a dent and needed to be plugged. This neck fits a little loose, but it squeezed well. Whether due to the new cork or the lack of a dent, my tall old man plays a lot easier with this neck.
