Does this shower come with the arm?

  • It does not come with the arm. You have to buy the extension arm separately.

Just set it up and is working pretty well....however is there anyway to stop the disco effect?

  • For this brand, no. But the other brand that I have " VDOMUS $41.98" the LED light stays blue while the water is still cold and turn purple and stays purple as long as the water is warm.

do you need extension arm or will it have enough pressure by screwing in to wall mount

  • Pressure will be fine. the extension arm just helps with positioning of the shower head so that you can have it lay flat.
