Replaced the gun on a Campbell Hausfeld Sprayer that I couldn't get tips for anymore. First usage had nothing but problems with the tip clogging. Despite what someone in the questions and answers stated, this gun does actually use a filter and in my case the filter was just loose in the housing and not plugged into the sprayer so paint was bypassing the filter causing tip to clog. Once I sorted that out (it did take some effort and a couple wrenches to separate the housing from the sprayer) it worked great. The tip is rather loose in the guard but as long as you hand tighten enough there is enough resistance to be effective but for the price small issue.
