FAQ:
Q: The mopping module has no water or less water, what should I do?
A: 1. Check whether there is water in the water tank or not.
    2. Please install the mop correctly according to the instructions.
    3. Please clean the mop
    4. Please replace the filter

Q: Why water output from the mopping module is too large?
A: 1. Please confirm that the water tank cover is installed.
   2. Please confirm that the filter is installed in place.

Q: What can I do if I can't power the product?
A: 1. The battery is low. Please use the charging base to charge.
   2. Make sure the ambient temperature, and please use it at 0-40 °C.

Q: The battery is insufficiently, recharged but not returning to the previous cleaning place, why?
A: 1, Please confirm that the host is not in the do-not-disturb mode, it will not continue to sweep in this mode.
    2, If manually recharging or put the host back into the charging stand, the product will not continue to sweep

Q: Cannot return to the charging stand after partially cleaning or moving the position
A: After the partial cleaning or remote moving position, the robot will regenerate the map. If the charging stand is far away, it may not be able to automatically recharge.
    Please manually put the main motor back into the charging stand to charge.

Q: What happens about the regular cleaning not working?
A: Maybe the battery capacity is low, the timed cleaning will work when the remaining power is over than 20%.

Q: What should I do if the robot is abnormal?
A: Power off and re-powering.

Q: What's the reason for a failure of recharging?
A: 1. There are too many obstacles near the charging stand. Please put the charging stand in the open area.
   2. The host is too far away from the charging stand. Please try to place the host near the charging stand.

Q: Why the cleaning ability is declining or the dust is easily spreading out?
A: 1. The dust box is full. Please clean the dust box.
   2. The filter has been blocked. Please clean the filter.
   3. The main brush is wrapped by foreign objects, please clean the main brush.

Q: Cannot charging for the product, why？
A: 1. No power the charging stand with socket plugging in. Please confirm that both sides of the charging stand power cord are plugged in.
    2. Poor contact, please clean the charging seat shrapnel and the host charging contact panel.

Q: How do I reset Wi-Fi?
Simultaneously press the on/off and the return to the dock to charge button for three seconds. After hearing "Waiting for network setting up", the Wi-Fi has been reset successfully and the on/off button indicator will start blinking.

Q: The robot's Wi-Fi cannot be successfully connected.
A: 1. Please confirm the Wi-Fi password is correct, you can try to re-enter the password and then reconnect.
    2. The sweeping robot only supports 2.4GHz connection for the time being, does not support 5GHz. Recommended that the router not adds firewall or mac address filtering.
   3. The Wi-Fi signal may not be good. Make sure the robot is in a good Wi-Fi signal coverage area.
   4. Reset Wi-Fi and download the latest mobile version to try to connect again.

    So far so good!! The functions are equivalent to top US brand which sells around $900+ The setup on the phone (optional) is a bit tricky but there are plenty of online videos and articles that can walk you thru that. The amount of dust and debris I empty out each week is unbelievable!!

    This machine is good if you don’t have time to vacuum yr space every day, it does a pretty good job of picking up most of the dirt but will never be as good as going around the house yourself with a higher capacity vacuum cleaner. It gets under our sofas without problems .

    Works great and cuts down the amount of vacuuming I have to do which is exactly what I wanted. I have two cats and a dog so this was much needed. I haven't had any issues with the app and it was incredibly easy to set up. Highly recommend.

    I am so glad I finally took the plunge and bought this product. This little thing sucks up so much debris from wooden floors/carpet . I was completely amazed! The robot isn't loud and obnoxious either. Noise level is very tolerable. Again, so happy with this product, and I completely recommend this vacuum to anyone that is looking to buy this type of vacuum. You'll save so much time and energy by letting this little thing do the dirty work for you!

    We are senior and live on a one level floor. This little vacuum makes the whole home look cleaner. It really does make me a better person knowing that the vacuum will be out. I pick up and put away. I make beds and do dishes. Getting the floors clean just starts the process to make the whole house look great.

    This works better than I imagined! It grabs a lot of hair. It’s really easy to clean and use. It picks up a lot!! Only negative thing is that it fights with the Christmas tree stand a lot!! Haha!

    I bought this robot vacuum for my basement and home office. Vacuum is comparatively quiet from my hand vacuum. It has good and effective vacuuming. I have vinyl flooring in my basement and home office. turn on the vacuuming after work and next day morning when I get back to office, my whole office is clean

    I'm in love. This is amazing! I was a little frustrated at first when I could not get it hooked up with my home wifi. It took several attempts to do this and to get the app to work. Don't give up! It's worth the time and effort.

    I love the ease of using this robot vacuum. Vacuuming the floors in the house is quite the chore and time consuming. This robot vacuum does all the work for me and I now have time for other things. There are several different options for starting the vacuum. All very easy.

    I liked this so much I bought a second one for my camper. Idk how a camper can get so dirty so fast but I will sweep it every day and I don't want to. So now with this, it can sweep when we walk out of the camper or before we get to it. I'm so in love with these. This also is sweeping my carpet living room and my lanolin kitchen.

    This robot vacuum is a great economical purchase. It is cheaper than a lot of the other robot vacuums on the market and it gets the job done just as well. It doesn’t have a remote control, but it does have app connectivity which is sometimes better because you are more likely to lose a remote control than you are to lose your cell phone.
