Pros: Comfortable, and quick/easy to pair with devices. Have paired it with a bluetooth laptop, a laptop with a bluetooth usb dongle, and my blackberry no problems. Cons: Can't speak much about the headset utility of them though, I only use them for listening, not has a hands-free device. Bottomline: The headphone is a little tight, it wraps around your head, but it also cancels out the outside noise due to the tightness. The price is justified. Strongly recommend.
