Is this product plastic, rubber or silicone?

  • The top with the handle is plastic but the tiny points for scrubbing your scalp is flexible, so I am guessing rubber. I have had mine for over 5 years, use it every day and I am still using the first one; the other is on stand-by. Hope this is helpful.
