I have a 3 cell lipo, with 4 of these same 1000kv motors with 1045 propellers. I get about 900g of lifting thrust per motor.

Have you tried swapping the 3 wires around from the ESC to the motors? If there not connected correctly they will not work, however, it shouldn't cause any damage if connected incorrectly so try any combination of the wires until it works. Additionally make sure to calabrate the ESC's.

According to the specs for this motor the rating is 150 watts which requires at least an 18 amp esc controller. The recommendation is for a 25 or 30 amp esc with 9x4.7 or 10x5 props.

The Rx is not dependent on the motor. Same goes for servos. You do have to match the Rx to the Tx though. What exactly are you trying to do?
