    We put a rack on both my husband's and my bike so we can easily each use the bike pannier. We addded stick on reflectors to the front. I don't use the folding feature.

    Just after I installed it, I accidentally fell when I used it for the first time. It broke a little. I tried to contact them and they quickly reissued me a new one. The service is super good!
