  • Q You sent me an email for an item I left in my cart and you gave me a discount code (SW5OFF) to get an extra 5% off the price. You show the CAIRBULL-33 Cycling Lightweight Sports Helmet on your website as costing AUD 30.79 but when I put it in the cart, the price goes up to AUD 41.99. So even if I apply the 5% discount the price ends up being AUD 39.89 which is more than what you listed it for originally without a discount. That's not a way to run a sale.
