    These work well. Made up some plastic tools to remove the lock rings, which can be tough to remove.

    Well done and value for money. When I get on a mountain bike, I can get up and put all my weight on these pills without any problem. I bought them because they seemed made of solid sheet.

    These expanders work well. The structure is also very good. My daughter and I ride a "unicycle." Our steps approach the crank of a unicycle. Our heels always hang. So, when I found these expanders, I had to try them. This problem can be solved by extending / removing the crank pedal. Riding a unicycle is quite difficult, let alone step on it.

    The pedals extend 20 mm and are worth it. I can recommend Suitable for people with bigger legs by bike. 20 mm on each side is very striking.
