    Not water proof but it think that was detailed in the product description. Keeps the large chunks of snow out of your boots and from clinging to your pants/socks!! I really like them.

    Haven’t had an opportunity to use these yet but they fit great, are nice and tall, and appear to be sturdy enough to stay the course.
