does it cover a kayak completely and sealed

  • It has elastic around the opening so it fits snug however if you have a heavy rain it will puddle up in the cover. I propped by kayak up at an angle to allow the water to run off. The bottom of the kayak is exposed.

Can i use this while transporting on the roof of my car?

  • It does not come with any straps. If you use straps to how it on it might work. But I don't think it would last more than a few months

      Good quality cover that fits over top of the kayak. Pretty light weight, but good cover for storing kayak outside in a covered boat slip.

      Docooler kayak cover works great, but is a bit fragile. I ripped a small hole in it, when I lifted my kayak into a PVC rack.
