Yes. The red button shuts it on and off. There are 3 modes when the button is pressed. However, they need to figure out a way to keep the red buttons on there. I’ve already lost both of them.... not recommended

In my experience, and when new, it use to last around three hours. After a few months some last the same but the others do not last even half that time

No, it is not. It is decently sealed and able to shed water but there are plenty of seams where water can get in. I would not leave it in a rain storm and expect it to work.

A little over 1h is enough. There is no warning light and there is no risk of overcharging. It is a very good purchase. I recommend it.

Only way to charge is solar. The usb is for you to charge something like a phone.

We got these to send to my family in Puerto Rico when Maria passed. It doesn't ship to PR so we had to ship it here and reship. These things are great, but we noticed that only two were charged from the get go. The other two needed to be charged, and their dimmer functions didn't work very well, which was a shame. Minus that, they were perfect and we have sent them over to help my family out while they wait for some stability!
