Hi, I put this set onto a secondhand 2012 Trek 19 inch Marlin Mountain Bike. This set is the "normal" size. As with any skewer, you will have to back off the nut before removing your wheel and when mounting a wheel, you will have to spin down the backing nut before engaging the cam. This titanium set is light and will noticeable over any factory installed steel set you removed. Be sure to check the engagement after mounting a wheel by grabbing it and rocking it back and forth lateral before riding. You want a snug compression of the frame onto your wheel hub! see less

I cut them to fit the Centurion Dave Scott Ironman I had. They were junk. They would not hold the rear wheel in place. And that Centurion is a great bike. Was just a little to small for me. Anyway.... I would avoid these. Look for better quality.
