These foot massager and spike balls get tention released in areas where you couldn't reach through a foam roller. Well made product. It feels so good to roll away all my little aches and pain. This set is well made, it doesn't have a plastic smell, and it has high quality wheels. It have 2 different textures of balls for pressure and pain relief. They also work to lay or sit on them to target the right muscle area. Or you could just roll them with your feet.
