I am a first timer and I bought three, one for myself and one for each of my two teenagers. We got this just to get started to see if we would even keep up with a yoga routine. We liked the product and it definitely helped us to keep going back to yoga. After a while we eventually upgraded to other products with more resistance

Just what I need to add to my yoga routine. I have added yoga to my workout routine to stay loose and I always seemed to need a block and a strap to help stretch put these legs. Yes the ball is smaller like other reviews and the description have mentioned but it's perfect for what I need it for.

This set works well for my yoga practice. I use the small ball in place of a block on many of the yogi poses and I have no issue with only one block in my practice. The two different sized bands make it great for most of my exercises. This is a great mix and overall value; excellent quality and versatility

If you are looking for a set, this is great. The straps cover everything needed. The ball is small and good quality, don't expect a large size one. The yoga block is perfect. I really use blocks. I had one, but it is in my office and we are not allowed to get anything during the lock-down.
