Sadly, It was too small, I wear a xl dress and tee shirt so I ordered a xxl thinking it would be about right after reading reviews. These are child/teen sized life jackets. I'm giving 3 stars because it is a WELL MADE vest. If you can get the fit then it's a 5 in my opinion. Hope this review helps others. I'm 6' and about 210 lbs, so you can go from there for size comparison?
