Make certain that the setting for the amount of pictures sent is set at 99. also, you may need to make sure that cell service is good in the area. I suggest at minimum two bars registering on your device.

You just need to set up the camera, and it will take infrared pictures automatically. Thanks.

If you haven't already installed the app that came on the mini-CD that came with your camera you will need to do so. Follow the instructions included with the camera. With your camera plugged into your computer, go to "Settings" and set the program to run either auto (day/night) or night only. From the app you can also program the camera to take a selected series of still shots or video, choose the triggering activity, choose whether or not to loop the recording so that it records over older captures when the storage is full, and choose a resolution (the higher the resolution the more storage space is required on the SD card plugged into the camera). Save the settings, close the app, and unplug the camera. Before mounting it, slide the switch inside the trap door in the bottom to the far right position (see the manual). I find that battery life in night mode is enhanced by using eight AA batteries rather than four. Also, be sure that the camera is turned on for recording using the remote control. Note that the remote is IR, so it must be relatively close and in line of sight with the face of the camera when you use it. Last note: I don't have the camera or the manual in front of me, so I'm going from memory. If it still doesn't work and you can't find your manual or the installation disk you'll have to search for the manual online. see less

Usually, it won't be a problem. If your phone could receive pictures, then it won't be a problem. Thanks.

I am always grateful to the lady who grabbed the hyena and gave me a package to clean it. If there is a camera in the video, it will grab the lady so her dog can do her thing and then clean it behind him. So I took the SD card from the Trail Cam and put it on my knee. I called the police, they took a video and showed them that there was no problem until today. This is better than hiding in the bushes with BB GUN --- priceless...... 10 stars...

As you can see in this video, this is a compact camera that automatically captures still photos or videos when motion is detected. If you activate your SIM card, you can even have the camera send you the photos you took. I would also like to mention that the manufacturer is very helpful in answering technical questions and even provides a video tutorial. Features + Easy to use "test" mode where you can change settings or try to take a video or still photo. +When you turn the camera "on", you will see a flashing LED for 10 seconds. At that time, it was "living." + You can also choose to activate the audio. This is very effective. + In addition to the brief manual sent with this unit, there is a small CD with a more detailed manual. +The remote control is suitable for all functions. We use it to change dates, from still images to video, manual shooting and video, and to play footage and video. Everything is perfect. +The canvas strap is firmly attached to the tracking camera on the tree. + It is easy to transfer the fixed camera (mp4) and video file (avi) of the trailcam. + USB and A / V cable available. WITH : (small dice) - The rectangular O-ring in the lower compartment tends to fall. Once I had to look around to see where I was going. - You must provide a micro SD card. - You must provide 4 or 8 AA batteries. - I don't know if this product is guaranteed. If he does, I can't see the information. **Tip **(1) I found it helpful to place a thin layer of Vaseline on the O-ring mentioned above. This makes it sticky enough that it won't fall. (2) I found that the remote control often requires a steady pressure from the button. (3) Be sure to close the battery compartment securely and press down on the metal “clip” that holds the compartment securely closed. (4) When using a strap to connect the trailcam to a tree (or anything else), be aware that there is a plastic module that should slide on the back/top. When in use, the back of the camera rests against the tree. So, in general, I think this is a very good product. My previous comments were very gentle and we are very happy to try this product. This is definitely the most complicated orbital camera I have ever commented on. It has a lot of capacity, so be patient while trying all the features. Samples are available for fair review.

So far so good. I had a hard time getting the SIM card to work from AT&T but they made it work. The best way to do this is to Go get a gophone. it will keep the headaches to a minimum. As far as the camera, it works great! Good pictures and they are sent immediately to email and my cell phone. Some pictures are sending late at night occasionally though. (thats why I put 4 stars) I will test this in the wild soon. When i get it out in the woods, I will revise and also update my review. I was NOT compensated for this review and I did NOT get a discount to review this item. I am an avid hunter looking for a cheap cellular cam. This one is working!!! so far!
