the side pouches are VERY big it didn't fit on the rack that I have. the pouches would hit the spokes I had to make a custom board and attack it to the rack to make it work. goo bag lots of storage

There more light to medium duty, where care needs to be taken on the corners, especially on the small pockets, other then that , can beat them for the price!

Yes, I use the velcro straps to attach the bag to the bike rack and they work pretty well.

they can hold quite a bit but it depends on the rear rack you get. make sure you get a rear rack that can hold heavy weight. also need a good barrier between the bags and wheel. the more weight you add Tyne more the bags want to twist inwards

NO IT IS NOT. Real life experience. I left the bags on a parked bike during a light rain and the contents were soaked. I'm going to have to deal them with something.

This is my second bag from this company. I'm very happy with the size (which Is huge at max capacity) and quality. People have complained about the bag losing shape and getting stuck in the spokes. This is not an issue if you have the correct rear rack that is meant to hold a pannier like this. I highly recommend.

It is still quite good so far. I bought cheap saddlebags at Amazon a few days ago. I returned because the product was not strong enough and the production cost was too low, so I finally lowered it after a small 8 mph speed and thought about trying it. It looks a lot like a very durable price. Velcro straps that prevent the bouncing wings appear to be in good shape, so hopefully continue. The bag itself seems to be made of a nice canvas, which looks great. The zipper feels a little cheaper, but not as cheap as the one I bought before. The top bag is also the largest bag, and its shape is not the same as other bags. Unlike others, it has no support. I am sure that if I complete it, it will look good. The strap that holds the upper pocket in place does not give me a solid impression. In the picture, you can see that this wide strap goes through the upper pocket and also helps secure the upper pocket in place. The specific strap cannot be held tight in place where it does not hold the bag tightly. One must completely fill the top bag so that the strap fits well. Overall, this seems to be a good purchase. If the luggage expires, I will update this comment after further use.
