      Opening it straight out the box, it STINKED. To me at least, the smell was very overwhelming i had to open a window, just very chemically. Recommend washing her once you get it. She also shedded ALOT when i first took her out the box and ran my hand through her hair and still kinda does and its been like a month since i had her. Other then that she works great w/ practicing and w/ water all those things you need to do. Im sure shes good for what you need just get pasted those few things at the beginning and you should be okay.

      Do not use heat on this mannequin. I brought this on which to practice cuts and styling. I straightened it once and after shampooing and leaving the curls to dry naturally the texture was nowhere near what it originally was. I emailed the company with no response. High stars for the mannequin (if no heat is used) but zero for the company ignoring my outreach and not being truthful about the hair being 100% human hair.

      I'm a beginner with braiding so I wanted to find the perfect doll Head with Thick hair! I do recommend this for anyone in school. This is the perfect mannequin for braiders to learn. Love it!

      The mannequin head was really great, and I experienced, just like the other reviews a lot of shedding but there is a ton of hair on the mannequin. the texture is really great I found that after I shampooed and conditioned with products that were specifically for synthetic hair, wigs and extensions that the hair really fell into place well.

      Worth for price! I bought for my daughter to practice braiding. She love it. The hair is soft and enough long. It come with a clamp and can be fixed on the table very well, the height is very suitable. Satisfide.
