I have tried at about the middle, but only got the strip glued down properly 1 time out of about 20. It's much easier to glue fingers to the nail than the strip to the nail. It's much easier to glue fingers to the nail than the strip to the nail. The one that was glued properly eventually lifted up at one end, bring a piece of nail with it. I did cut one to place UNDER the top edge of the nail. It had to be a bit shorter than the nail width. I clamped the middle with needle nosed pliers. I have also tried plastic toenails with limited success. see less
