The item is fairly heavy for its size. I would estimate about the weight of a third of a roll of quarters. I hope that helps!

It's heavy enough that it holds up the razor without a problem. I don't know how much it weighs exactly, but it's pretty hefty.

It won’t work. The base of the Exective handle is too large for this stand. I bought it specifically for that razor and had to return it.

No it's aluminum, it won't rust. It may corrode, though. Not sure.
