I exercise which watching video on an ipad with headphones. Given the combination of the max volume of an ipad and a set of headphones with a very long cord, my sound level was difficult to hear over the exercise machine noise. With this headphone amplifier in the line between the headphones and the ipad, I can get excellent sound well over the surrounding background noise with level to spare. This product comes in a strong metal case not some cheap plastic garbage.

Has high and low gains, I was told that they could hear my headphones from the other room. Really do enjoy the amps and has brought a different sound experience when I paired them to my headphones. would by again. Might even buy another one to gift out as a birthday present.
