I was very surprised at the performance of this bluetooth headset. Because of its midrange price I had expected only mediocre performance and features. I was wowwed. The sound quality is equal to units that cost considerably more. I haven't used it aas a hands free calling device yet because I bought it primarily to listen to my music library in Itunes. This set is long term comfortable and stays put in my ear for my seven hour workday. The controls are easy to access and it recharges in a short period of time,(about one hour and twenty minutes for my seven hour discharge). It is a little large but after it is in for a few minutes you forget that it is even there. Overall I have no problems with this unit and would recomend it and buy it again.

Wireless earpieces are essential to me. With 4 kids, I do a lot of cleaning, cooking and chauffering so I want to be able to talk on the phone handsfree while doing all sorts of things. The last earpiece I bought a few months ago was from this same company and it works so well (so much better than my previous Plantronics one) that I decided another one was needed to just keep in the car all the time. The sound quality is so impressive considering I'm in a car with so much ambient noise. No one realizes I'm using an earpiece. This particular one is a little more expensive than the one I bought a couple months ago but it truly is so sturdy yet comfortable. I have extremely sensitive ears but with these, I don't even remember I have them on! My ears don't itch or ache...in all honesty the other ones I recently bought are really comfortable too...I can't really say which ones I prefer, they're both really well made! If you're in need of wireless earpiece don't hesitate to get these!

Overall this is a nice earpiece. It is made well, comfortable and you can wear it for a long period of time without it irritating you. It connects easy with newer computers but my 5 year old computer would not pair at all. You can also pair with your phone easily. It understands voice commands but doesn't always accurately do what you say. For example if I tell it redial it is not always the last number I dialed that is called. There are a few bugs to work out but overall it is a great value for the money

Battery life is incredible. The battery can easily last a whole day. The charging time is approximately the average. Bluetooth is easy to pair and quickly connect to my Samsung S9 plus. The Bluetooth is very good. In the range will follow me from one room to another. Otherwise, I have not experienced any fall, lag or stillness. Sound is not just acceptable but is good enough for me. Every day I find that these are more suitable for me. Very comfortable to my big ears :)
