I bought this remote to control my HTPC running Windows 10. There are several models sold on Tomtop which look identical, but have a different brand name (Iknowtech, Viciga, Aerb, etc.). I would assume there is no difference between them, except most of them have a logo printed on them, but not this one. The remote is just slightly smaller than the average remote control. I chose the Andoer because it was the cheapest at the time. This one does not have a logo printed on it unlike most of the other. It is a TV remote on one side which also controls the mouse and there is a keyboard on the other. It didn’t come with any manual except some basic instructions on how to change the batteries. For the most part, the buttons are self-explanatory, but some of them you just have to play around with to figure out what they do, e.g. the blue internet button on the bottom right doesn’t do anything, but the Home button just above the OK button opens up the internet . I really like the air mouse feature. You just point the remote at the TV screen, press OK and you are in control of the mouse by just moving the remote. The keyboard is on the backside of the remote. I think it is rather awkward using this keyboard due to the small size. Besides the letters there are also numbers and a variety of symbols available by simultaneously pressing the ALT button. The symbols on the buttons are hardly legible due to their small size and dark blue color. I find myself grabbing the regular keyboard if I have to type anything, even if it is just a username and password. I am not quite sure why the manufacturer decided to leave out the play, pause and stop buttons. I am watching movies using either Netflix or play discs with Cyberlink software. You have to press the OK button and after the bottom menu appears you have access to those features. But I do like the slider on this bottom menu, you can get to any place in the movie in no time. The bottom line is that the air mouse feature alone is worth for me the small investment of this remote and this is basically all you need to control a HTPC.
