This is the third KKMOON camera of this model I purchased. It is a decent camera when it works, but if something goes wrong the support is non existent. One of the cameras stopped recording on the SD card after a few months, it was not detecting the SD card anymore. Looks like it may have a problem with the contacts of the SD card slot. I pulled the SD card out and reinserted a few times and it started working again for a couple of weeks more, I replaced the SD card with a ne one and the same happened a week later. Also the cameras have different level of software, V7.1.4.4..1-20160322 and V11.1.4.5.1-20170519, but there is no explanation about the difference, nor how to update the camera software. The KKMOON support site is useless and there is no download available for software updates. Another confusing issue is the max size supported for the SD card, In one place they say 32G, and another place says 64G or even 128G. Which one is correct ? Where do you get support for this product ?

I really like this camera. Great picture and the motion detection is very good. THe fact that this camera is only 720P is really not an issue for wifi use since the bandwidth required for full HD is usually not available at far distances. I have a full HD similar model and other than the picture being physically larger there is no distance in quality. The attached photo shows the kkmoon camera's on the left. The more expensive full HD foscam compatible is on the top right. At half the price this is a bargain. I am using Blue iris software and these camera's configured with the auto configuration option without a problem. Update: After about a year one of the camera's picture quality has deteriorated to the point that the motion detection no longer functions half the time. see picture for example of quality

I like the quality of the video, but the AUDIO does not work. It took me a seek to make it work and get familiar with it. The email notification can't make it. THE AUDIO AND MIC DOES NOT WORK. Just make an estrange noise, but not as it suppose to work. Definitely next time I'll get a different brand.

I purchased this camera to be used as a Sky Cam. I wasn't sure how much of the horizon and above cameras like this could see when tilted to it's max of 90 degrees. I had left a question regarding this but never received an answer. I finally decided to just purchase the camera to test it out. Upon receiving it everything was in the box and the camera looked as it is pictured on the site however...in the event you find yourself puzzled as to where the installation CD is...mine came with a Micro SD card which had the PC installation software and manuals on it. So if your missing your CD...look for an unmarked Micro SD card. If you don't have a reader for it...you'll need to get one and possibly even an adapter to read a Micro SD card. Once all mounted and software installed I found that the camera was unable to see much of the horizon. In the event some of your are wondering what the image looks like with the camera tilted up at its max 90 degrees...see the included screenshot. These are security cameras and as such are designed to look down...not up...so they're not going to see much past the horizon. That aside...the camera worked well and was of decent build. Once I figured out how to add the camera the software was fairly easy to use and the resolution of the image was pretty darn good. Except for a fish-eye look due to the lens type...I probably would have kept the camera if it could have seen more of the sky/horizon. It couldn't so I had to send it back and look for a different kind of weatherproof camera that fits my needs.
