Can you please explain what the follwing statment means at this item: "we will pay tariffs in advance when the ship to these countries : UK, FR, DE, ES, IT ,Belgium ,Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and so on .But Need 7-15 days delivery" Does this mean the DX will pay for customs fee and VAT before delivery and I do not have to pay these charges?
