I never received the drone and finally received a full refund after several attempts.

This is JUNK!!! I sent mine back. Had to dispute thru credit card for refund which hasn't come yet. Don't deal with China cause NO-ONE will help you with problems. The price is right, but you get what you pay for. Mine wouldn't fly either. Once refund comes, I'm spending more for a proper one. China junk don't work!!!!

mine also had 5 batteries. only 2 held a charge, the others were cycled out and wouldn't hold anything. This is junk from CHINA!! DO NOT leave the batteries on charge for too long. their not suitable for sale here cause they leak and may start fires. Be careful and I'd return yours just like I'm returning mine

I need the parts of this drone. Whom should I contact? Where is? I need motors, chargers and batteries, accessories and gears, and maybe a circuit board. It would be great if there was a place to send it to fix it. Thanks Corey Christensen I have commented on this drone, but I do not know anything about drones. Once I decided to swallow my pride and read the instructions, I was surprised by its quality and performance. Even beginners like me are easy to fly. Get a charger and a few extra batteries and you'll have to practice. This is not something that you immediately become an expert of. Have fun Believe me, it is very durable. Have a learning curve!

this is a great drone, but it's not a beginner drone. it's fast and can go quite a ways. it has a chip to store your pics and vids on, and a chip reader so you can upload to your pc. it's a great value, but it dose not have your typical beginner features, such as alt hold. so some previous experience is a good idea. the controller is outstanding! it can go quite the distance and hight, so be carefull.

Delivery and packaging were fine. The quadcopter has a lot of features you could only find in more expensive quadcopters. This JJRC H8D quadcopter performs well but the instruction booklet is somewhat difficult to interpret unless you are an experienced drone user. Also while I can recommend this to those who have some prior experience and are ready to get your feet wet in FPV, this may not be the right choice for a first time user or child.
