This is my first FPV quad and I have to say I’m super impressed with the durability. I’ve crashed this thing dozens of times with no issues. Even after taking a swim in a pond it still flies like a champ. I would definitely recommend getting at least 10 extra batteries as the flight time is only 4 minutes. The only flaw I see is the weak video from the VTX. If you are competent with a soldering iron you can easily remedy that issue.

There are plenty of better reviews out there for the Tinyhawk, so I'll just say: 1) Great for beginners. My wife was afraid to try it. I told her, you can't hurt it. That gave her the confidence to try it. 2) Still entertaining when you get more advanced. 3) Does well indoors and outside. 4) Turtle mode would be nice. This one doesn't come with it. You can update it. I think the newer ones do have it, so look for those.

I was really hoping that this kit would meet me expectations- and it did!!!! I did a lot of homework to search for the best kit that experienced pilot recommended and this is indeed the one to buy as a beginner. I love that all the batteries are REMOVABLE, and replaceable. I have flown it ever day, and will soon be buying more batteries. I recommend watching several videos on Youtube to understand exactly what you are getting. I have zero complaints and look forward to countless hours of happy flying. Try it!

This is a lot a lot a lot of fun and a great acquisition if you want to get into the hobby. However there are a few things you should know: 1) this is not a toy for kids 2) if you use it you will break it, you have to be willing to learn how to fix it and enjoy this process. Fixing includes soldering, updating software and so on. 3) they’ve made important improvements to the product on Tinyhawk 2, if you can, by the new version. Have fun!!

Don't expect dji autopilot features. This thing is wild. It's fun for my kids & me, but it's not for the faint of heart. Steep learning curve to master, but easy to play with. Buy extra batteries because they last <5minutes. The goggles and controller use commonly used rc frequencies so you could upgrade to a bigger/faster drone without upgrading those if you get into it.

I bought the emax baby hawk thinking I could just learn on that. I was wrong. I learned the basics on this little guy and I’m still learning but I was finally able to fly the bigger size baby hawk without crashing it because of this tiny hawk. If I could do it all over I would have started with this little guy first. I fly it outside on calm days. Definitely worth the money and a lot of fun.
