Very much satisfied with the smartphone! Very rigid and serves it purposes. Its abit heavy yes but what do you expect for a phone of this quality? Even though the sound is used from 1 side, it is loud enough to hear and arrangements can be made. Camera is very clear, with a lot of different functions and tweaks. Has an amazing storage and still can be aded with an micro SD card. The overall interface is quite easy to learn and adjust to it.The shipping took about a month and a week to MALTA europe but I was constantly receiving emails to where it was standing. The customer service is excellent as they always provided me with the information and tracking numbers needed.One should consider buying this phone as it is worth all the money paid. Dont expect to have a slim and smooth phone in your pocket as it is more designed for people

I ordered the phone with expedited shipping to the U.S As promised the phone arrived within ten days so props to TomTop great job!I am pleased with the phone as it's durable, strong, and it worked perfectly out of the box with a little tinkering of the settings to my taste. I chose MetroPCs for my carrier in the U.S., they installed a sim card quickly and got it up and running with service and without problems. The phone has the standard apps most people want and it is all pretty much ready to go after signing in to them.My only complaint with the phone is there seems to be no user manual, all online links lead to missing manual downloads! There are a lot of advanced settings beyond general functions to examine, and without a user manual, it makes it very hard for the user to figure half of them out without explanation from a much needed manual. No crashes or glitches on this first day of use, I would recommend it. Overall I'm impressed! Thanks TomTop for your great service and a quality product!

Very good phone, bulky and heavy but that is expected for an IP68 phone. Everything as advertised beside few details worth mentioning: the audio is not stereo and of the two speakers only one is actually working. It may be due to some software issues that maybe addressed in some future update, however I already got an OTA firmware update last week and it didn't fix it. So is more likely an hardware thing, for some reason they forgot one speaker (keep the price low). Anyway not a deal breaker though sound is not so loud hence a second speaker would have been useful.Camera is pretty good in outdoor and decent indoor as long as there's a good lighting. In low light situations it catch a lot of noise, using the flash gets a little better but overall is not a good camera for low light pics. It doesn't really bother me since I got this phone for its rugged specs to use in outdoor environment, and again outdoor in daylight the camera performs good for the price.Another minor issue worth mentioning is the buttons design, beside being a bit too much (6 in all!) they suffer for a not too effective design, due in part to their placement all around the device. Basically is quite hard to handle such an heavy phone without accidentally placing the grip over one random button. Plus since they are extremely, soft hence activated even by the slightest pressure, it happens you will push something almost everytime you grab the phone or slide it into a pocket. Sure with time you get used to it and you'll find you right grip to avoid the buttons, still they should have made them smaller an more hard to press. Luckily a couple of them are at least configurable and you can disable them, at least in everyday common use (one is for PPT apps, the other SOS emergency).Said so everything else is as described and the phone is absolutely fantastic for the price/spec, if you look for an high end device with outdoor rugged capabilties don't even wast your time looking around for the price in this moment S60 the best rugged IP68 you can get.Only AGM X2 can do better but that's on another price range.
