The Ceramic Heating Block Set for Ender-3 V3 KE is engineered to work seamlessly with Creality Ender-3 V3 KE. It can handle high-speed printing up to 500mm/s, and the heat break is composed of Bi-metal (copper and titanium alloy), preventing thermal creep.
The kit boasts a powerful 60W ceramic heat ring that enhances heating efficiency, providing consistent and accelerated heat transfer. This enables it to reach temperatures up to 300°C in a swift 40 seconds.
The heat break in this set features an all-metal design, offering increased performance while being resistant to high temperatures, withstanding levels up to 300°C.
With a hot melt section increased by 30%, the large hot melt section and superior flow of the overall design enables it to fully melt filaments even at a high-speed printing rate of up to 500mm/s, making it ideal for sustained high-speed printing tasks.
This heating block set can accommodate various filaments such as Hyper PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU(95A), ASA among others due its robust design capable of resisting high temperatures.
