Printer prints amazingly out of the box. Prints look amazing and functional prints work very well. I did have one incident where a print failed and loaded the hot end with pla. Bed was improperly leveled and the print slipped off - my fault. The nozzle also stripped and was very hard to remove. I contacted Creality about this and they responded to me within hours. By the next day, they were already sending me replacement parts. I was expecting a few loose parts in a ziplock bag, but they sent me an entirely new replacement hot end

I'm new to 3D printing, so this review is from the perspective of that type of user. Took me about 30 minutes to construct, fairly easy. I showed my first print to a more experienced friend and they described it as "pretty good, especially from being right out of the box". Though there are a few adjustments to make it a bit better, mainly printing out a cable chain and tightening the eccentric bolts on the carriage and side rails to get less waviness while moving in the Z direction.

I chose this printer because it had most of the things I would add if I had bought a more basic printer. I wanted a direct drive extruder, large format, and a dual drive z axis. The printer went together very quickly and the only hitch I had with my first print was that I'd rushed it and had not adjusted the bed as will as I should have (late night project). After going back and readjusting the bed it started printing out the sample prints using the included filament with no problems. I've been using it for about 3 months now and and I'd say that compared to the 3 other printers I operate it has been about average for maintenance. I've only had a few prints fail and have used a variety of PLA brands. I'm quite happy with this printer and would say it meets my expectations for what I payed for it.

Fantastic printer! My first 3D printer was a Biqu delta and I just outgrew the bed size on it. I upgraded to the Creality and I couldn't be happier. The assembly was quick and relatively easy. Unlike the Biqu, the major parts were preassembled on the CR10. A note of caution. Check all hardware on the preassembled parts. I found several bits of hardware that were not tight at all. One that came loose was on the titan extruder drive gear. The set screw worked loose and started to damage the plastic hobb gear. A new one is around $40. Print quality is fantastic and works very well with Cura. Bottom line. Great printer, just check all of your hardware.

Impressed with what you get for the money. The wheels come super-tight for shipping and will get temporarily flat-spotted, you'll probably need to back them off a little bit. I added the official BL touch for this. Pretty sweet little printer. One annoyance for the techies though - creality used a cheap 8-bit board on this printer based on the old arduino mega/ramps setup, and didn't wire up the TMC stepper current adjustment through software - so although the printer is quiet, you can't tune the steppers. The firmware is closed-source, but you can get marlin builds that address that. I loaded klipper with some persistence, and that's working well. I regularly print at 150mm/sec, 75mm/s walls now.

This printer is a lot quieter than my older smaller 3d printer. The print bed is big enough for anything I would want to print. I really like the glass bed. If you let it cool after printing there is no prying the part off the bed. Its easy to level the bed with the large knobs. I have only have to re-level once in 2 months and its done a lot of printing in that time.

Got this for my 1st printer. Went big so I could do cosplay helmets in 1 print. There is a learning curve to these things and I struggled for a bit... and still do a little bit. Orientation... supports etc. I use Cura to slice and it works well for my needs. Bed adhesion was an issue till I started cleaning the bed with rubbing alcohol before every job. No need for glue sticks or hair spray. Leveling the bed was a little tricky. Putting this thing together was a little tricky as the instructions are not the best. Still haven't found any books to help explain procedures better. I only use DURAMIC PLA+ at 220 degrees and it works extremely well for me. I see a lot of people doing mods on these but I haven't found it necessary.
