I’m just getting together an Etsy shop and wanted to have a thermal printer ready to go. I haven’t printed any shipping labels from it yet, but I like this printer bc it’s aesthetically pleasing (I got pink). It was easy to install the software onto my computer using the USB drive they provided. I did go through my computer printer settings to do a test print, and it printed out a nice, clean label. I might update once I start using it for actual shipping labels.

Worked great the first week I had this. Then Microsoft updated their software and it broke the the driver. Now every time I try to print out a label I get a system crash blue screen. This is only happening when I go to print out a label. The problem is in the security update dated 3/11/21. If you uninstall this update you will be printing again. UpDate!! Polono Came through.. They Contacted me and gave me a link to a updated driver!! I am ever grateful and am printing worry free again!! This is one of the best convenient printers I have purchased and am glad I bought it. Thanks Polono!!

As somebody who works in IT, it's rare for me to be over-the-moon about computer equipment, but this label printer is A++ amazing. With the official drivers, which were a simple install, it works flawlessly in Ubuntu 64-bit. I was skeptical after not finding much online about what other Linux users thought of this device, but it turned out a-ok. 4x6 PDF labels print perfectly the first time, every time. Pro tip: The box the Dcenta comes in is the perfect size to hold the labels, no need to buy the extra label holder.

Initially I found it difficult to use and was going to give up. But I reached out to support group via chat and was connected to Mark and OMG he made the process so simple and was available to provide complete support until I was all set up with the printer. We've been using this for about a year and a half, great little printer that we've been recommending to friends with small businesses. We use it to print labels as well custom fragile stickers to go with our shipping box which is super convenient! Once in a while, we need some troubleshooting and their customer support on WhatsApp is always helpful trying to diagnose and fix it for us, kinda like having a super tech-savvy buddy that you can text whenever. If we ever need to replace it we'll prob get the same one again just for the technical support. =)

I’m opening up a dog bakery and I needed custom labels as well as shipping labels. The idea I had in mind for my packaging was going to cost about $2/bag of treats or I would need thousands of dollars for custom bags and boxes ordered in bulk. Since I’m just starting I didn’t want to spend thousands on custom packaging in case I change things later. This printer does everything! Aside from the obvious shipping labels, it only costs about 1 CENT per label when you buy the rolls in bulk. This is the most cost effective I could have possibly hoped for for my packaging. It prints extremely fast too! The one downside is that my labels have to be black and white, but the fact that I never have to buy ink is totally worth it. I also wish I could find thermal labels in many other sizes. I just ordered round ones to print my logo on. I’m so happy with this printer!

I did a lot of research before buying a thermal printer to meet the demands of our growing businesses. I decided on the Rollo and my research paid off. This tiny printer puts out massive amounts of work, was easy to set up, and never jams. I loved that once you set up the labels once in the printer, its memory is set and you only have to feed labels from the back of the printer after initial setup. My only suggestion would be to go to the website and download the High-Resolution Driver. At first, my labels were too light. I made some adjustments to the print settings as the directions suggested but didn't help much. The high-res driver was the fix and can be easily downloaded from the website if needed. A tiny little printer that will make a gigantic difference for us.

I love this!! I do a lot of shipping for work, and having a label printer is so much easier and nicer than printing and taping labels. It took awhile to set, but the instructions were clear and it came with tutorial links to help. After set up, and making sure size preferences are correct, with a click of the print button it took like a second to print the label! I was very surprised by how fast and clear it printed. It even came with the holder for the label paper. This has made my work so much easier, and it is compatible with a Mac.

I was having SO much trouble getting it to print, but I finally got it. Just FYI, it DOES MATTER which end of your thermal paper you put into the machine. If it’s taking the paper and acting like it’s printing but the pages are still blank, turn the paper around and feed it into the printer that way. It was taking me full days to purchase, download, arrange, and print my labels for my sticker business using my regular inkjet. But with this, I can purchase, download, and print a large quantity all at once. I just printed 22 labels in less than 10 seconds! If you have a small business you def need one of these.

It’s a very nice label printer. It’s compact and and I like how you can use two types of labels either rolled or stacked. It was very easy to set up and I was printing in no time. The price is affordable which makes buying all the better. I definitely would buy another if I needed to already recommended it to a few shop owner friends.

Ohhh man this thing is awesome. Seems too good to be true. It is an incredible hassle-free product. I never thought I could love a printer lol. As a small business owner, this thing pays for itself in both time and money. I originally bought this for shipping labels, but within a few minutes I started printing logo stickers to slap on the packages as well. Cause WHY NOT when you don't need to buy ink that's worth it's weight in gold.

I was having trouble installing this label and couldn’t figure it out So I reached out to the number that comes in the box on the Questions and Concerns card and I just want to say whoever it is behind the number is very helpful! And responded back fast! The person walked me through each step and explained to me more helpful information for when I launch my business.... so happy and thank you so much! I will be staring my business soon and I will add on to my review to how well it actually works ... the test label did print out fast as well! What’s also a plus is that the price went down I see...

Excellent Printer for the money and even better product support! Printer is easy to setup, works on macs and pcs, and printers great detail for a thermal printer! Had an issue printing pdf labels but their tech support was quick to respond to email about the issue and EXTREMELY helpful in correcting the issue! Cant ask for more in a thermal printer!!

This printer is extremely easy to set up and use. Everything you need to know is on the included USB. The size is compact enough where it can fit on your desk and the set up is quick and easy. I encountered no problems with installation and finished in about 10 minutes. Is was compatible with both my windows laptop and my apple imac. The calibration was also easy and once I did so all of my labels were centered perfectly. The print quality is clear as long as the picture/label you are trying to print is also clear. I tested it with both labels and simple black and white images and they both worked. It prints extremely fast as promised and so far I've had no paper jams. I love this because now I don't have to waste money on buying ink for a regular printer and I don't have to go somewhere and pay to print labels anymore. Great addition for any small business. It doesn't come with the labels but I bought that on the side for relatively cheap. Overall a great user friendly thermal printer and worth the price!

I would like to first say that I love this printer. It’s definitely great quality and worth the price. The only issue I had was with setting it up. It was VERY difficult. I spent almost 8 hours setting it up. Tech support was not available to help. I have the newest MacBook so it was having issues but I figured it out many hours later. This is the only thermal printer I’ve tried so I have nothing to compare it to but I would say that past the set up it works great! I’ve had it for a few months now with no further issues.

Excellent printer for the price. It took me a while to figure out how to set it to 4X6 on Etsy so I could print as it kept wanting to print horizontally, but once I did it was a breeze. Wish the print was a bit darker and more even, but I have a feeling there is probably a way to adjust it somewhere. It does the trick for what I need. Small footprint which is ideal as I have limited desk space. So far so good.

First off I ordered it this morning it was delivered to me this afternoon. Very fast shipping. I was a little worried I would have trouble setting up as I am not very computer savy. It was so easy and fast. I have a small business and hate running to the Post Office for labels, just having it these couple of hours has solved that for me.If you are looking for a label printer this is your go to. Btw No ink needed!

For me this guy was easy to use straight out the gate what took me a while was finding a program to actually print what I needed it for. Set up and instillation was a breeze and I'm crap at technology.I have a Windows computer and I use the program Inkspace (which i just googled and downloaded from the internet for free) it gives you some blank templates but you can size from anything and has some pretty cool features to work from.I printed my label and shipping label on that same platform.hope this helps.
