    Item works perfectly for my mobile food truck. Didn't have to download any software or anything. Just plugged it up and started using it. Once we have our other food truck we will be ordering another one for it to. Thank you.

    Bought this printer to use on POS-Maid point of sale for our non-profit. It works as it should and set up was fairly easy. We are using it with a cash drawer and windows computer for our POS program. It prints out receipts with our logo and does so very quickly. I would recommend this receipt printer.

    Just got it setup. Everything worked great. We did not have to change any programs for cash draw opening. Only time will tell of the longevity of the printer compared to Epson. At this point I would recommend this printer to anyone needing a POS receipt printer.

    Ohhh man this thing is awesome. Seems too good to be true. It is an incredible hassle-free product. I never thought I could love a printer lol. As a small business owner, this thing pays for itself in both time and money. I originally bought this for shipping labels, but within a few minutes I started printing logo stickers to slap on the packages as well. Cause WHY NOT when you don't need to buy ink that's worth it's weight in gold.

    Fast, accurate and as described printer. I ship items at least 40 items everyday and this is keeping up with me. Quick and great product. I struggle at first because I did not know that I have to calibrate the machine with the paper to correctly do the settings. Overall, best product for a seller like me.

    I'm using this for printing barcodes and shipping labels. So far the labels are nice and clear; the mail carrier didn't have a problem scanning all the labels. I can't believe I did not use this kind of thermal label printer before. It's much, much more convenient than a traditional printer. The downside is that this is not wireless. Overall, I would recommend this printer.

    This is a high speed and usb cable connection's label printer with the tooth paper cut.It has a pair of long size power cables and a traditional USB printer data cable.In windows 10, the printer drive install was very simple and quick.It has printed 2 rolls labels and 50+ shipping labels. feeding paper quick and easy too

    Prints absolutely beautifully, take a couple minutes to figure out how to get it to print a 2 inch by 1 inch label that was kind of easy once we figured it out goes between any size that we want very easily just got to change the roll

    if you are thinking about getting it!! Get it!! Customer service is outstanding!!! That kind of Customer Service doesn't exist anymore!  They are always available with live chat, which is amazing, because you don't have to sit there on the phone and get results. I'm definitely very happy with this company!!!

    This printer is amazing! Not only does it print super quick, but it’s quality is unmatched. I needed a printer to ship goods to my customers and clients, and I knew I needed and wanted to do it from the comfort of my home. I looked up label printers and this one popped up. I read the reviews and was sold! This little printer packs a big punch! Trust me you will not be disappointed with the purchase of this one, especially coming from someone who’s not that savvy with technology.

    I absolutely LOVE!! this printer. I decided to go with this one because of its price point and I am so happy I did.  This printer has listed all the same exact features, for a fraction less. Plus it is SUPERRR simple to install. It’s sleek looking as well. The printer is SUPER fast, efficient, and small. I use it for so many stickers! A must have for a small business.
